Responsibilities:

• Become problem solving expert
• Coordinate V-Up projects (especially manufacturing related)
• Promote Balanced Scorecard/PDCA review down to department

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Male, age between 24-30 years old
• Preferable have experiences in the same related fields (problem solving and planning)
• Must have knowledge about management systems and problem solving tools
• Must have knowledge about TQM, QCC and Six Sigma
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
• Have good analytical thinking and logic of verbal
• Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
• Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
• Sociable, able to serve internal customer / user
• Hard and also smart worker
