Director, Finance & Accounting Post Date: 22 Jun 09
This is a strategic and high profile position where an individual
selected for the position will be held responsible for directing the
overall Company finance and accounting functions, which include but
not limited to overseeing the accurate and timely preparation of
budgets, monthly and annual financial statements and audits, the
billing and collection of accounts receivable, the processing and
payments of invoices, the filing and payment of taxes, cash management
and financial analysis. The individual should possess 15 years of
hands-on finance and accounting experience with a multi-national
corporation or international accounting firm, including 10 years of
managerial experience; solid knowledge and experience with GAAP
accounting, methods, Indonesian taxation, financial analysis, and
computerized accounting software systems; ability and desire to be
constantly up-to-date regarding developments in the field though
professional associations and continuing education; master degree in
accounting and finance, from a reputable and recognized university,
preferably from abroad.
